We're excited to announce that our parent company, ABL Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the specialist energy consultancy Moreld Ross Offshore.
Ross Offshore brings a wealth of expertise and adds a pool of highly skilled drilling and well engineering professionals. With over 800 well engineering projects delivered since 1997, our consolidated organizations are now ideally positioned to offer world renown well engineering expertise to support our users in their well delivery.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in late Q2 or early Q3 of this year.
